🧾 We Accept Returns or Refunds For:

  • Damaged or defective items 
  • Incorrect items received 
  • Orders lost in transit 

 

To be eligible, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll either resend the item or issue a refund, based on your preference and product availability.

 

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds For:

  • Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction 
  • Delayed shipping due to factors that are outside of our control 
  • Items marked as "delivered" by tracking (unless proof of non-receipt is provided)

 

Pleaste Note: As we work wih trusted international partners, some items may ship separately and have longer shipping times.

If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
