📦 Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted global suppliers to source our products so we can ensure our customers receive 100% satisfaction with their purchases. Items are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, which helps us offer a wider variety of unique, high-quality pieces at fair prices.

 

⏳ How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–18 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Some items may arrive in separate packages or take longer shipping times due to factors that beyond our control such as customs, etc. 

 

📍 Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the U.S., Australia, Canada, the U.K., and most other major countries. If you're unsure about your location, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

 

💌 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

 

🔁 Do you accept returns or refunds?

We only offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders lost in transit
